    2. First PAY first serve basis. I'll hold the item for whoever approaches me first, but however if payment is not made, it will go to the other person.
    3. Strictly no meet ups unless it's for expensive items, that may be damaged in the mail.
    4. Items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
    5. Items sold, at point of sales if found to be defected, highlight immediately, if not after transactions have been made, no refund or exchanged would be entertained
    6. Prices are non-negotiable. [Discount for quick payment can be given for instocks, not for pre-orders though]
    7. Normal Postage cost $1.50 for light weight clothes & $2.50 for skinnies. Meet ups cost from free - $3. We will not be responsible for normal mail that gets lost during the delivery process. Add $2.24 more for registered postage.
    8. For exchange or swap, add $3-$4 to the price of the item.
    9. Failing to compile in any of my T&C may get you black listed!
